Wrightsville Parasailing Company has been in business at Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina since 1998. Since then we have flown more than 10,000 people! Our youngest was 3 years old, our oldest was 82!
You will TAKE OFF and LAND ON the flight deck on the back of the boat!
Our winch system reels you out, and reels you right back to the boat.
You don't even have to get wet!
Each flight lasts for approximately 15 minutes, much longer than the typical 8 minute flight other businesses offer.
The entire trip usually lasts an hour and a half and small children, and small adults can usually fly together in tandem if they wish to do so.
We are open for business
Memorial Day through September.
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and the whole week of July 4th.
We schedule runs at:
8:30 AM
11:00 AM
Safety comes first for me. It's my number one priority. Period. I stop all parasailing activities if and when the wind speed reaches 14mph and/or when thunderstorm conditions are present within a 20 mile radius. We parasail primarily in the mornings, when conditions are most calm. I have flown more than 10,000 people over the past 26 years, all of them safely, without a single injury. I could have flown thousands more, but did not, simply because of our rigid weather conditions safety policy.
We also offer a beautiful 1 hour Scenic Waterway Cruise in the evening. We travel through Mott's Channel and Wrightsville Sound on our way to Masonboro Island. We get close up views of the jetties in Masonboro Inlet and often see dolphins and other wildlife. It's been a family favorite for years. All ages welcome for this trip. Cost is just $30 per person.
So bring your family and enjoy an hour or so parasailing on the ocean in front of Wrightsville Beach. It's an experience you will never forget. Just ask anyone who's ever been with us.
Sincerely,
Captain Jay
